Conservative ERYC Ignore Unlawful Tory Actions

The Conservative controlled East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) have turned a blatant blind eye to the breaching of the Road Traffic Act by the Conservative party. The Conservative Party have breached the Road Traffic Act by causing an obstruction of the public highway (this includes footpaths) by erecting a campaign sign outside their office in Beverley fully over a footpath.

ERYC - Tory Breach 020 (2)

Tory controlled ERYC have clearly turned a blind eye as the said breach is opposite the main entrance to County Hall.
