SBC False Claim

Despite submitting our reasons for a challenge to the Penalty Charge Notice 0n 26 October 2015 Scarborough Borough Council (SBC) claim they have not received our email. This has resulted in an attempt by SBC to increase the charge from £70 to £105. In addition they have given 14 days notice to pay before passing the matter over to the bailiffs.

The read receipt above from SBC clearly shows SBC are making a false claim.
